Javier joined United Soldiers and Sailors of America - USASOA focusing on driving the advocacy agenda in making meaningful legislative contributions to improving the lives of U.S. service members, veterans, and their families. He brings extensive experience in the non-profit, intergovernmental, non-governmental organizations(NGOs), public, and private sectors with rich military, professional and academic credentials.
Javier’s experience includes a distinguished U.S. Air Force career of nearly ten years with tours in the Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East as a crew chief in various fire and rescue roles. Currently, he serves as Director of Product Development for USAA, a private organization serving the military community. With more than twenty years of professional experience in management and leadership, Javier will help deliver an equitable and inclusive advocacy agenda, foster stakeholder relationships, and manage the mission of USASEO into the future.
Javier earned an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Master’s Degree in Global Development from Harvard University.
